About People Strategy
Ron is an Independent Consultant and Visiting Professor in HR at Bath University. He has uniquely combined experience as a senior line HR practioner, adviser and consultant to global clients and academic involvement.
Recently retired as a Partner in PwC Singapore responsible for the People and Change practice and previously a partner in PwC UK. He was a member of the Global Financial Services Leadership Team representing HR Services. He has extensive consulting experience serving high profile global clients but in addition he spent a number of years as Head of HR internally for PwC UK as well as being part of the Global HR internal leadership team.
Ron has over 25 years experience in areas of HR strategy and development , Reward, HR Transformation and effectiveness, People metrics, HR Communication and Internal Branding (including PwC recruitment), HR Diagnostics, Talent Management, Assessment development, HR and Information Technology for HR, Organisational Design and Development, Performance Management, HR Risk and Regulation, Change Management.
Ron is a high profile national and international speaker.
As a visiting Professor in HR at Bath University he advises on major research projects and teaches on MBA programmes.
